Return and Refund Policy
What you should check once the Delivery Boy arrives with your order?
- Items arrived vs. Items ordered
- Please make sure you cross-check all items that are delivered to you against the order placed, including:
- Order Number
- Items under the order
- Invoice received
- Packaging status
- Please check that none of the item(s) are delivered unpacked or damaged
Return & Replacement Policy
- Any items/order as categorized under ‘Section A’ above will be returned and replaced ‘Without Any Question’, if
- Incorrect Order is delivered
- Incorrect Item(s) is delivered
- The product should be returned in its original packaging along with the copy of the invoice
- Curiohh will bear the transportation costs for the return of product
- No returns will be allowed for a used product
- Please write to us on Contact Us within 24 hrs of receipt of your order to initiate the Return & Replacement
- We will revert back with the Return & Replacement date & time slot for the same Email: [email protected]
- The Return can be initiated once the product is shipped the order status is “Complete”.
- The returning product image must be uploaded upon request
Refund Policy
- Refund could be initiated only for Damage product received by the customer
- If customer request Refund instead of Return & Replacement, Refund will be issued in the form of ‘Wallet’
- We will take back the Damage Product with us and refund the money in the wallet
- The wallet would be issued post scrutinizing the product returned and its invoice copy within 7 Business days of the receipt of product returned
- The value of wallet would be equal to the exact amount paid by the Customer during the purchase of the product.
